Monthly meetings with your Probation Officer:

  • All probation meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month in person at 5:15pm.
These meetings take place in the 32A District Courtroom.

Things to know about your monthly meeting:

  • These meetings are ALL in person in the 32A District Courtroom (19617 Harper Ave)
  • You may not receive monthly reminders so make sure you save this to your phone or put it in your calendar!
  • If your designated date falls on a holiday or there is a Court conflict, you will receive notice at least 7 days prior to your report date.
  • Missing your appointment could result in a probation violation.
  • If you work during your assigned meeting time, you must make arrangements with your P.O. at least 24 hours in advance in order to change your time or be excused. (proof is required for all work conflicts)

General phone call information:

  • You must leave a voicemail to get a call returned.
  • Speak clearly, slowly, and identify yourself.
  • Make sure you provide the reason for the call when you leave a voicemail so we can best help you.

Reasons you may not get a call back:

  • Calling to inform the probation department you missed drug testing or missed meetings, classes, etc. may not receive a return call. In those cases, you will receive something in the mail to indicate the next steps (violation hearing, reschedule, etc.).
  • If your case is “non-public” (i.e. 7411), you will not receive a call back. This is to protect your privacy.  You must come in person with your photo ID to discuss your non-public case.
